By accessing or using the WestLiv portal, website, and services (operated by One Group Management Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our platforms and booking channels.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

WestLiv acts as a global sourcing platform connecting international scholars with verified Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), HMO co-living spaces, guarantor solutions, and student mobility services (flights, airport transfer, money transfer).

3. USER OBLIGATIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting housing inquiries or booking requests. Misrepresentation of academic status, budget, or identity may result in immediate cancellation of reservation services.

4. BOOKINGS & RESERVATION POLICY

• All property listings, pricing, and availability are subject to confirmation by the property operator.
• Holding deposits and rent guarantees are governed by specific tenancy contracts provided during booking.
• Cancellation terms, refund policies, and tenancy lengths follow the official property provider agreements.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While WestLiv audits and verifies housing providers, One Group Management Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect damages, service disruptions caused by third-party transport or financial partners, or property rules enforced by individual housing operators.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international corporate laws applicable to One Group Management Ltd. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
